Snowy Day HVAC Rescue & Happy Customer

This winter, one customer discovered what “going above and beyond” looks like in real life. During a record-breaking snowstorm, All-Phase Heating & Cooling answered an emergency HVAC call that turned into a true team effort.

When a Heating Problem Hides

Abby first called All-Phase Heating & Cooling on a Tuesday, when her system started acting up. Our technician Matthew arrived and checked the unit, but at that moment it worked perfectly and showed no clear issue. When the problem returned on Thursday, he came back, walked through a reset over the phone, and again found no obvious cause on site.

Instead of walking away, Matthew and his supervisor made a plan: if the system failed again, they would return and keep searching. That commitment set the stage for what happened next.

Emergency Service in a Snowstorm

On Saturday, heavy snow hit, and Abby’s system failed again. She reached out, and within 15 minutes, technician Evan arrived, in the snow, ready to work. He quickly tracked down the problem and treated Abby’s home with care and respect throughout the visit.

Abby shared her experience in her own words: 

“This company goes above and beyond. Had a tech come out Tuesday (Matthew) and he tried to fix the issue, unfortunately at the time it was working perfect. Then, he came out again Thursday after the issue started again, well this time I reset the unit per instruction and again the issue could not be found. Matthew's supervisor agreed to come out when, and if it happened again. 

Well, the snow came Saturday and boom, it's messed up again. Evan came out within 15 minutes on a Saturday in the snow and found the issue within minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. If you need your unit fixed, don't hesitate to call this company, they will go above and beyond to make sure everything is working. The owner even reached out today to make sure everything was working still! They have gained a customer, I will not hesitate to use them moving forward.”
