Owners Brad and Gina are both licensed mechanical contractors. Gina is also a licensed engineer with a degree from NC State University. They always dreamed of owning their own business so they could give back to the community and make an impact. Since starting All-Phase Heating & Cooling, they’ve grown their team, all while maintaining their core values. In their spare time, Brad and Gina love spending time outdoors with their animals and children.
