When I needed an HVAC replacement I got 4 quotes. All Phase was the first one to come out for a free estimate and by far the most reasonable price of the companies I felt comfortable considering (especially with their off-season sale). The moment Kyle walked in for the free estimate he was authentic, not pushy, trustworthy, didn't try to sell me additional products, transparent, and was looking out for my best interest. He provided me with information on things to look for while making an informed decision of who to consider to replace my HVAC system and didn't push additional products on me which could have very easily been the case. All Phase operates with integrity which goes a very long way. The communication back and forth was seamless—everything went extremely smoothly and the team installing the HVAC replacement was great. They had various reputable HVAC brands to choose from (I chose Trane). I have my inspection on Friday and I have no worries or anticipations that there will be any issues since the installation went smoothly and they got permits. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and price point.

A customer for life - my family has been using All Phase before and after a management change. They installed two new HVAC units in our hundred-year-old home. There were a few challenges, and the upstairs unit leaked water. They instantly made it right and had a drywall expert out the next day to repair the ceiling. Two years later, a part broke under warranty, though the refrigerant was not covered. They provided this free of charge. Every technician is friendly, reliable, and on time. This is the only HVAC company I would recommend in Winston.

Wonderful experience with All-Phase Heating and Cooling. They were able to get our new hybrid system heat pump system installed within a couple of days of contracting with them. Every person we spoke with or who came to our home was prompt and professional. Their bid was the most competitive out of the four from other local companies, and we are extremely happy! Would highly recommend to anyone. We are enjoying our gas-powered heat during the winter storms.

Great company to do business with! They installed a new heating and AC unit in our home almost a year ago. We recently had a small problem and called them for service, and it was a very easy process to schedule on their website. Once they came out and diagnosed the issue, they realized that they had missed something in their install which led to this problem. There was no charge for the service call. What company can you say would see a problem and accept responsibility these days? Integrity is the best word to describe the service received. Great communication and service, and not pushy with selling additional products.

All Phase installed our new heating and air unit on our 125-year-old farmhouse we recently purchased that had no prior air and an older gas furnace that wasn't very efficient. The salesman, Alan, was very thorough with the walk-through of our home to help us decide which unit would best suit our needs for the layout and square footage of our home. He definitely knew his stuff and was able to answer all the questions that we had and provided us with several options that would fit our budget. All Phase was able to schedule the install on a day that I was off work and the technicians arrived right on time and went straight to work. Anthony, Javier, and Jay were very professional and polite. They were able to answer all the questions I had regarding the thermostat that was far more high-tech than I was used to. A week in, and our home is cozy and warm. I would recommend All Phase to anyone in need of a system.

I interviewed 8 different "Duke Energy Contractors" in my search to replace my 44-year-old AC unit and my 25-year-old water boiler. At every step of the process, my interactions with every member of the All Phase Heating & Cooling team were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I want to give a special shout-out to Alan Albrecht, one of the salespeople at All Phase. Even though all 8 salespeople were Duke Energy contractors, he was the only one to explain the various rebates that were available. He quoted a very reasonable quote for the job and never wavered from the stated price. Other salespeople attempted to "Wheel and deal" (their words) and even tried to entice me with "What if we drop the price by another $1,000?" or "We want to move inventory so we can drop the price by 15%! What do you say?" These tactics immediately removed them from consideration. On the day of installation, Bradley and Landon arrived at the stated time and went immediately to work. The contracted work required them to remove the interior air unit handler, the water boiler (still full of water!), and the exterior cooling unit. Even though faced with a copperhead snake under the exterior unit, they removed all three large, heavy units with professionalism and cheerfulness. Evan Rye, the son of the owner, was on hand at the start of the day but was called away to attend to other matters. Jay, a fellow manager, arrived to ensure that everything was installed correctly and professionally. After a full day (10 hours) of work, Bradley, Landon, and Jay were still cheerful and respectful of my property, taking the time to sweep up the smallest pile of dust, pick up every loose screw that had fallen, and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Investing in a full heat pump / HVAC replacement system is a serious financial commitment. I have no doubts that the work that they did will serve me well, keeping my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. To anyone reading this review and considering which company to trust, I cannot give a better recommendation than to work with All Phase Heating and Cooling. They are a family-owned and family-run business in Winston-Salem, NC. They will give you value for your money and the security of a job well done.
