We called about a fan on our outside unit that was making a noise not normal. They were able to come out that day and give me an estimate and fixed the issue. This company is very thorough and has contacts to get other services, i.e. plumbing, to help with other issues identified. Thank you so much for the quick response and service. Thomas was very professional and suggested a yearly contract to help maintain service on both our heating and air units, which we selected.

Our air conditioning stopped working on 7/20/2025 (Sunday) and I placed a call to All Phase the next morning, who were able to come late that afternoon. Luis arrived on time and I could immediately tell he was very customer oriented and personable. I was his last stop of the day, but he let me walk him through what I had tried and then he got to work. After the standard checks, he determined the cause was a clogged drain line. He asked if I wanted to see and explained how the safety switches work in conjunction with the thermostat and outside unit. Keep in mind, I’m his last stop - he could just fix the issue and go home. After showing me how the installed drain lines had three 90-degree elbows and explaining what the proper run for the line would be, he gave me 2 options - he could clear the line in a few minutes and he finished OR he could rerun the line the proper way which would take longer. We opted for the right way and were able to examine the old lines (filled with rust from the unit that was replaced by previous owners [same lines, new unit]). I couldn’t admire Luis’ work ethic and genuine concern with leaving things working the right way any more. Everything is working perfectly and we will be working with All Phase in the future.

Louis was excellent. He was hired by my landlord (who’s an actual demon) but Louis was so chill and communicative that at no point in my AC repair did I have any doubt about his HVAC knowledge or service. There was a coolant leak in my mini split and he diagnosed and fixed it with no problems. It’s really hot rn and my air is running colder than it was before he repaired it. Can’t recommend Louis and All Phase enough for HVAC services. I was hot but now I’m chillin 😎. When I have the means to purchase my own home soon Louis and All Phase are who I’m calling first.

When you are trying to find new help with your Heat/AC repairs, you always wonder if you're calling the right people. Don't worry, with All-Phase these are the right people to call. Gina did a great job getting us a service call when we needed it. Evan came out and quickly diagnosed our issue. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He even resolved a thermostat issue I had for 5 years and with 2 other companies in about 1 minute! Evan helped with other key issues I don't have time to mention here. We could not have been more pleased with how much they cared about helping us.

I had a problem with my cooling system, which was caused by the negligent work of the previous company that I had hired. Apparently, system malpractice is not rare nowadays. All-Phase sent over Evan to rescue us from our air conditioning meltdown. He was a young fellow but sharp as a tack. He had an air of professionalism and respectfulness which has become uncommon, as if he had stepped out of the 1950s. The reason I picked the company was because the website made it appear as if were operated by a good family. They looked trustworthy. I wasn't disappointed in my decision. My expectations were exceeded. There was basically a thicket that had grown up around the outside unit, so he had to fight his way through it in order to get the job done. There was not one complaint. He did the job fast and well while maintaining a positive attitude the whole time. Even the dog liked him, and 'Killer' doesn't like anybody. When everything was finally completed, I was pleasantly surprised by the charge. It doesn't seem proper to cite numbers, but it was very reasonable, and considerably less than what I was accustomed to. I'll certainly call upon them again whenever there's a problem in the future.
