Their technicians are on time and we receive both an email and a telephone call before they arrive. As soon as they are met at the door, they always put on shoe coverings before walking inside. From sales, installation, front office, and scheduled maintenance, every employee we have been in contact with has been very friendly, helpful, and caring. They truly put their customers first. I'm glad we called them when our old HVAC system started to fail. Our high energy bill each month was eliminated. After 11 months since our new systems were installed, we have a $248.00 credit with Duke Energy! That's even with some of the coldest temperatures I've seen in NC in a very long time.
