I am so HAPPY with AllPhase! I called 4 different companies to come look at my HVAC (1997 installation, so 27 years old) which stopped working properly.
Company 1 - wanted to charge me $500 to change the thermostat only, and I would have had to get a new one anyway.
Company 2 - wanted to upsell me $4K more for a unit my condo wasn't equipped to handle, so I would have had exposed wiring in my laundry room and holes in my drywall.
Company 3 - lied and said they usually do the job for $16K but would do it for $9K. Well, $9K was about what everyone else was doing, so where was $16K even coming from?
AllPhase was company 4. They replaced my unit with a newer version of the same unit, no drywall holes or extra wires needed, and they did it all for a little less than the other quotes. Their salesman were educational without being patronizing, and the technicians were polite, fast, and kind of nice to look at too! 😁 I'm very pleased overall and will recommend to everyone I know.

The All Phase crew showed up as scheduled and handled the removal of our old HVAC unit and installation of the new unit efficiently. They completed the job easily within one day. They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The gentleman who came out and looked at my unit explained very well what happened and what needed to be done. My first review was not typed correctly, and I truly regret that it was not typed well. However, I highly recommend All Phase to anyone. 1/30/2024 The installation and service that was given were superior. The professional team that they sent out to take out the old system and install the new system did an excellent job. They worked hard to resolve any issues and did a wonderful job of resolving any issues they had with replacing a unit that was at least fourteen years old, put in the condo which was built fourteen years ago. The servicemen thought critically about each issue and resolved them. They were knowledgeable and helpful when I needed instruction on the new thermostat. I could not have asked for more efficient, knowledgeable, effective individuals to replace my system. Thank you, All Phase, for being there when I needed help.

All Phase has been servicing my HVAC systems through their Home Care Club for years, and I had them replace a failing system. All Phase provided me with estimates for three different systems and quickly installed our choice. Both the inside and outside areas were cleaned up when they left. Steve is very fortunate to have such a friendly staff of service technicians. Would recommend them to all. Our system for the second floor required replacement about 6 months after the first-floor system was replaced. Once again All Phase provided excellent service. I recommend them to all.
