Luis replaced a major part of my HVAC system, which restored my heat! He was very professional and took his time to explain how it worked along the way and was very kind! I am incredibly grateful for All Phase, Evan, and Luis for all the time and effort they gave to me ahead of what is shaping up to be a winter storm in the next few days.

I'm not sure where to start. Have owned several homes over the last 40+ years. This is without a doubt the best heating and air company we have ever dealt with! Jessica took our call and was able to get us scheduled within two hours as we lost our heat during the coldest temps of the year. Tina followed up after our call to be sure everything was taken care of. We were visited by both Matthew and Ryan, who diagnosed and took care of our issues immediately! This was after the previous company we had been dealing with came and serviced our system, only to have it die again in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough about everyone we have met and dealt with at All Phase!!

I Would Highly Recommend All Phase and Luis Dec 31, 2025

I signed up for the annual home care club, and my first visit was scheduled for today. If I had known more about All Phase earlier, I would have scheduled this visit 2 months ago. I've used another company for several years, but decided to switch because I felt like I couldn't trust them. Long story short, it seemed like they were always trying to sell me something I didn't need or find ways to up-charge me. Today, Luis from All Phase came out. He was very professional and patient as I explained my concerns. He then inspected my system, corrected several issues, and thoroughly explained everything he did. None of these corrections led to additional charges. He adjusted settings. (Although, if something did genuinely need to be replaced, I would understand that. Just be honest. "Don't rip me off" shouldn't be that much to ask.) Since Luis finished, the heat does seem more consistent throughout the house. Plus, the system genuinely seems to be working better. I'm very relieved. You have to be so careful who you hire anymore. I would highly recommend All Phase and Luis. I hope to be with them for years.

All-Phase Will Be Our Go-To Dec 16, 2025

Yesterday morning we woke up to the coldest temperatures of the year and no heat. We called our usual service company, and the earliest they could get to us would be three days. Our daughter suggested we call All-Phase Heating and Cooling because they have had great service from them. We did call them, and the ladies we spoke with in the office were a delight. They took the time to work out an opening for us the next day. Luis from All-Phase was at our door the very next morning before 8:00, as scheduled. Luis was a real pleasure to work with. He listened carefully while we explained what the furnace was doing leading up to the failure, what it was doing the morning it stopped working, and the error code it was showing. He then explained what the error code meant and what the possible issues could be before he went to diagnose the actual problems. After a thorough examination of the furnace, Luis explained what the problem was and patiently answered all our questions. Luis got our furnace back up and running pretty quickly, and we have heat again! All-Phase will be our go-to service company from now on.

I had contacted several HVAC companies as my furnace had stopped working. One never showed up, didn’t bother to call to reschedule. Evan from All Phase actually showed up early and diagnosed the problem. My HVAC system was +24 years old, and I was advised that it could be repaired for around $400. I asked about replacing the system due to its age. I was emailed three options that varied by a few thousand dollars. I chose the lowest cost option. Along with that, I opted to purchase an air filtration system. In less than a week, All Phase had installed my new system, along with a Wi-Fi connectable thermostat. Since then, I have been so pleased with the new system. It warms the house very quickly and doesn’t run on and off constantly like my old system did. The air quality seems much better, as I no longer sneeze when the heat is running. I never felt any pressure whatsoever from anyone at All Phase. I also like that they are a family-owned company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of HVAC services or products.

We received advance notice of our appointment, of the arrival time, and of the service person’s name (Evan) with his picture. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers, and invited me to observe his work. His work was thorough and professional with an emphasis on safety associated with a natural gas furnace. He completed his work efficiently and offered me a competitively-priced semi-annual service plan.
