All-new ductwork installed Sep 25, 2024

We had a new upstairs addition and all-new ductwork installed by Brad and his crew, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Brad answered every question I had and personally came out to inspect the crew's work. Jay, the lead of the installation team, was incredibly professional, staying late to ensure the thermostat was working and to fix an issue with the other AC unit that had been incorrectly installed by a different contractor. In terms of pricing, we received quotes from five other contractors, and none could beat All Phase's price for the amount of work being done. The crew was highly professional, and the office staff was always courteous and responsive to any questions we had. The quality of work is 10/10, which is hard to find these days. If you're deciding between All Phase and another contractor, let me assure you that for both price and quality, no one else is going to come close to All Phase.

I recently had my furnace and air conditioning systems replaced by All Phase. I was very pleased with the process. Jimmy provided me with the different options available, and with his help I was able to make an informed decision that was best for me. Jerry made sure all systems were installed and working properly and patiently helped me set up the Wi-Fi thermostats. Dillon performed the installation and was courteous, on time, and cleaned up everything completely. I had plumbing work and a new Mitsubishi split unit installed in our Florida room. First thing, it's a family-owned business, and normally that's a good sign. The guys that did the work were awesome and explained everything they did. The office always called to make sure I was happy with the work done. A supervisor came after the job was completed to check the work. AWESOME COMPANY.
