Best Our Heat Pump Has Worked Feb 16, 2026

Cody and Jayme were awesome. We developed a freon leak at a joint that needed repairing. In the 8 years after we built this house this is the best our heat pump has worked. Cody caught a setting in the air handler that 5 other companies (2 repairs and 3 planned maintenance) missed.

Having been a homeowner for approximately 47 years, I have experienced all kinds of service... great, awful, and everything in between. All Phase sets the standard in quality service and I am so thankful I found them. I feel like I can always trust them to do what they say they will do and provide equipment and pricing that is fair. They installed our heat pump approximately six months ago and Luis Colon came out and did our six-month checkup today. Luis is another example of what good customer service should be. He was very efficient and patiently answered all my questions. If only all customer service could have the character and feel of that provided by Luis! Thank you, Luis, and thank you, All Phase.

We are so glad that we reached out to All Phase Heating and Cooling to give us an estimate on replacing 2 heat pumps. We contacted 4 HVAC companies, and they were the quickest to respond, and by far the best communicators by phone, text, and email. All Phase provided us with detailed and easy-to-understand estimates, comparing 4 different brands with very fair pricing. Brad, Gina, Jessica, and Tina were available to answer our questions and explain their answers in terms that we could understand. The entire All Phase installation crew was also quite impressive, completing the job in one day. They were polite and most respectful of our home and landscape when they removed the old equipment and brought in the new units. I had a great experience! Ask for Evan. He came out promptly, diagnosed my heat pump quickly, and came back the next day to fix it. In the process, I learned a lot about how heat pumps work. He really took the time to explain things. Overall, it’s a great company with great morals and values that shine through the respectful treating of their customers. Would highly recommend!

Update January 2025 - In December of 2024, All-Phase installed a new Lennox heat pump on my home's second level. They did a lovely job, and we passed the county inspection without issues. I remain a believer in All-Phase based on MANY years of working together. I have used All-Phase Heating and Cooling for at least five years. I use them for my personal home and rental properties. The team is professional, competitive, and responsive. The work I have done with All-Phase includes new system installation and previous installation maintenance and repairs. I am very happy with Steve and the entire crew.

The technician (Evan) was very professional, explained the entire repair estimate and options. Evan’s follow-up workmanship and service call was first class. The repair cost was very reasonable and I’m speaking from experience since I’ve dealt with many of the area's HVAC companies. I would highly recommend All-Phase. From the time they came out to give the estimate, set up a date for installation, and during installation, they were 1st class. Great knowledge, no pressure, arrived and completed the work when stated, great customer service! Our heat pump qualified for a rebate. I applied through my electric company for the rebate. I waited for a time and never heard from my electric company concerning the rebate. After many calls to the electric company trying to get this resolved, they finally told me that the heat pump did not qualify. I made a call to Kim, the office manager at All-Phase, and explained the issue to her. She offered to contact the electric company for me so that I could understand why it was rejected. She did not have to do this for me; she graciously offered. After Kim spoke with the electric company, they reversed their decision. The electric company had been rejecting rebates that could possibly qualify and would need to go back and review the rejections from the start of the rebate process. Also, they updated their website to correct the rebate qualifications. Kim was kind, gracious, and gave great customer service, was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in helping me. If considering a purchase, please contact All-Phase Heating & Cooling and let them assist you in your purchase.
