All-Phase Heating & Cooling came out today for the spring maintenance on our HVAC system. The technician, Derek, arrived promptly at our appointed time and was very respectful, professional and friendly. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and he explained everything that he checked on our system. Our unit checked out fine and required no additional maintenance at this time. He suggested a couple of items to enhance our system and we will most likely do those things in the near future. He didn't try to persuade us to do them now and wasn't "pushy", which we greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Derek! Steve and Derick did an awesome job they were on time and got it done. And also solved an additional issue they were not even scheduled to take care of.
