My wife and I are retired and have lived in multiple states before. With our almost 70 years of living experience, if someone asks me to list the best HVAC company, we would name All-Phase Heating and Cooling Company without any hesitation. This company is just amazing with their great services, professional working men, and great prices! This time we needed to replace one of the HVAC systems in our home. I invited 5 companies to provide quotes on the project. All-Phase Heating and Cooling is the one who provided us with the product of the best brand name and the most reasonable price among the five companies! From the very beginning of my first call to the end of the project, all people in the company I contacted were so friendly and professional. Especially, their men Alan Breacht, Jay Perkins, and Chris Papazis are the best I have ever seen in the field. They are extremely knowledgeable and skillful! They worked from 8:30 in the morning until around 7:00 in the evening and brought us a beautiful, quiet running, very efficient HVAC system! We are so grateful to the company and strongly recommend the company to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Every experience has been positive. Their pricing feels fair and, just as important, transparent: no surprise fees or upsells. Office staff are courteous and clear when scheduling, and they send notifications when technicians are on their way. Luis, in particular, has done outstanding work. He’s incredibly professional: He arrives promptly, explains the work plan clearly, and gives a detailed walk-through afterward. He's very detail-oriented and performed a thorough, clean job. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile: he noticed some mold starting to accumulate where old insulation had fallen away and took the time to properly clean it up instead of just covering it with new material. He even took photos documenting the process! That level of care is exceptional. Highly recommend.
